Know your Notary

The passion for what you pick as a career usually comes within. Whether it be straight out of high school, in your later 20’s or early 30’s. Your passion will drive you to all things you thought weren’t possible.

You may go through childhood with dreams of being a doctor or an Anthropologist. Then gain knowledge and admiration for numbers in high school, only to change your career goals to a mathematician. My true passions came to me after high school. I was going to community college at a local college in Houston. I found my love for statistics and business administration there. During my undergrad years, I took on a job as a medical receptionist for money while going to college. There I found my love for healthcare administration, customer service and patient experience.  Fast forward to 2019, My goal was to become a Director of Patient Experience. I truly believe to this day that businesses of any type should treat others how we would want our family and friends to be treated. However, the business world has always, always been a major interest of mine. I grew up watching my dad work hard for his business venture and it was inspiring. In 2021, I decided to dedicate two years of my life to obtain more vital and in-depth studies of the business world by obtaining my Master of Business Administration Degree. During that time of my life, I had a lengthy 6 months’ worth of learning about a sector of the legal system. I met an individual who was a notary public and the admiration and knowledge they had about their passion was truly inspiring. A notary’s scope of responsibilities is so very important and much more than just a stamp on paper. All Notaries must be appointed by the Secretary of State to serve our state’s public, as an unbiased witness to all we serve, preventing fraud by attesting that individuals sign a document; there to administer oaths and acknowledgments, certifying copies to ensure the authenticity of legal documents. To confirm and verify that all identities of the parties in any transaction.

Fast forward to today. I graduated with my master’s degree in business administration. I have put together a lot of my past hero’s passions, my own passions and have combined them all into one that is perfect for me. Which is why NOTARIZE HTX LLC exists today.  I promise to deliver all clients exceptional, professional and prompt notary services with a business that I handle with care.
